| We have been using fairly traded products in our establishment since 1997. This means that small farmers (for example in Brazil) are paid a fair price for their products. We primarily purchase coffee, orange juice and honey, from the fair trade company Fair-Handels GmbH in Münster |  |

| Since 2007, we have increased our commitment to protecting the environment as members of the Energy Campaign in the Hospitality Sector, and we are now implementing several environmental projects. These include extensive renovation measures for installing heat insulation and enabling use of cogeneration facilities.
